I'm a big fan of both cake and color and this cake is as colorful as they get. This tasty treat is like a ray of sunshine on a cloudy day. Whenever you need a boost to your mood and a quench for your appetite, just bake this baby up and you'll be happy in no time!
Ingredients:
Cake Batter:
-2 boxes White Cake Mix
-4 drops of gel food coloring (Use As Much As Needed To Attain Desired Color)
Frosting:
-Choose any frosting or purchase individually colored frosting and rainbow-fy the top!
Directions for deliciousness:
Use vanilla cake batter, separated it into 4 separate bowls and added a color to each bowl. To assemble, I put one color in each of the cake molds, baked it for two minutes at 180 degrees C. Then added a new color layer. Baked for two minutes. Then added the next layer. Repeating until I got to the final red layer, when I baked it for ten minutes (or until cooked through). Then top it off with colorful frosting and sprinkles!
